Collins Street Baptist Church

What's Open: Walk up the main stairs to the glass enclosed Verandah Cafe with views over Collins Street, and then through the main doors in the Narthex. This entry and meeting area was built under the balcony in 1993 to mark the 150th anniversary of the church. From the Narthex, visitors will be able to wander around the main section of the church, known as the Sanctuary, to view the stunning interior space featuring arched moulded windows, high ceilings, cedar pews, central pulpit and organ.
